Is there 220-240 V AC between
T20-3 and S4 after T20-1 and T20-3
on the indoor unit PCB shorted?
Is the indoor fan wire winding
protection thermostat (49FI) off?
Replace the indoor fan.
Correct the connection
Replace the indoor unit PCB.
