The

register
makes
the
middle

a
low
potential
during

bianking
and
is
placed
in
a
state
of
waiting
for
a
signal
from
the
V
register,
as
shown
in

other
hand,
during

scanning
period
the
V
register
that
has
been
stopped
after
making
V1
and
V2
low
in
potential,
makes
transfer
operation
for
one
line
based
on
4-phase
drive
such
as

during
H
blanking.

So,
electric
charges
move
to
H1

the
