MOUNTING THE RECEIVER
1. Remove the screw from the bottom of thermostat. Gently pull the control panel
straight off the base. Forcing or prying on the thermostat will cause damage to the
unit.
2. Connect wires beneath terminal screws on power supply module using appropriate
wiring schematic. See figure 5
3. Push power base into 86mmX86mm conduit box.
4. Using two mounting screws mount the power base to the wall. Place a level against
bottom of base, adjust until level, and then tighten screws. (Leveling is for
appearance only and will not affect thermostat operation.)
5. Replace control panel on the power base by snapping it in place

Overview

The SAS2010DE is a wireless, non-programmable thermostat designed for hot water radiant heating systems and electric heating cable systems. It functions as a one-to-one receiver with an independent circuit and an adjustable temperature limiter.

Technical Specifications:

  • Power Source: 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz
  • Wireless Signal Frequency: 868MHZ (FSK)
  • Wireless Signal Effective Range: 100m
  • Accuracy: ±1°C
  • Ambient Temperature (Operation): 0°C to +50°C
  • Ambient Temperature (Transport): -10°C to +60°C
  • Limit Temperature Values: 30°C, 40°C, 55°C (Factory default: 40°C)
  • Dimensions: 113×83×30mm

Usage Features:

Mounting the Receiver:

  1. Remove the screw from the bottom of the thermostat and gently pull the control panel straight off the base. Avoid forcing or prying to prevent damage.
  2. Connect wires beneath the terminal screws on the power supply module according to the appropriate wiring schematic (Figure 5).
  3. Push the power base into an 86mmX86mm conduit box.
  4. Mount the power base to the wall using two mounting screws. Use a level against the bottom of the base, adjust until level, and then tighten the screws. (Leveling is for appearance only and does not affect thermostat operation.)
  5. Replace the control panel on the power base by snapping it into place.

Thermostat Operation:

  • Standby: When power is input, all lights are off.
  • Power Status: A short press of the button turns on Indicator A (red), indicating power to the unit.
  • Shutdown Status: In the ON state, Indicator A (red) is continuously lit. A short press of the button turns off Indicator A (red), indicating the thermostat is in shutdown mode, and all output is shut down.
  • Working State: Indicator B (green) turns on when the heating device is energized.
  • Power Failure Memory Function: The thermostat automatically remembers its power switch machine state after a power outage.
  • Forced Output Function: In the shutdown state, press and hold the button for 8 seconds until a green light appears. This opens all output and does not accept emission control signals or launch control damage cases. This mandatory output state can be exited by lifting off the buttons.
  • Communication Signals: Indicator C (yellow) flashes twice, indicating the thermostat has entered to receive communication signals.

Selecting the Limit Temperature Value:

  1. Switch on the thermostat; Indicator A (red) will turn on.
  2. Press and hold the button for over 3 seconds. Indicator A (red) will turn off, and Indicator B (green) will blink, indicating the thermostat has entered the temperature limit value selection mode.
  3. Press the button to select the desired temperature.
    • 30°C: LED A and B (both green) blink.
    • 40°C: LED A (green) and C (yellow) blink.
    • 55°C: All indicators blink.
    • If only LED A (green) blinks, the thermostat has canceled limit value protection.
  4. To exit the menu and return to normal operation, press the button for over 3 seconds. If no keys are pressed within 8 seconds, the thermostat will automatically exit the menu.

Code Matching:

  1. When the Control Centre is in code match mode, switch off the thermostat.
  2. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to enter code match mode; LED C (yellow) will light up.
  3. If the Control Centre and receiver code match successfully, LED C (yellow) flashes 6 times, saves the current setting, and exits automatically.
  4. If the match is unsuccessful, the thermostat will exit the menu after 20 seconds and needs to be recoded.

Checking Thermostat Operation:

The unit is controlled via an air sensor in the Control Centre. The Control Centre activates/deactivates the heating system by comparing the set temperature with the room temperature.

  • Pressing ▲ adjusts the Control Centre setting temperature 1°C higher than room temperature. The Control Centre emits signals to the Receiver to turn on the heating device. LED C (yellow) on the Receiver flashes, indicating receipt of signals. LED B (green) turns on, meaning the heating device is energized.
  • Pressing ▼ adjusts the Control Centre setting below room temperature. The Control Centre emits signals to the Receiver to turn off the heating device. LED C (yellow) on the Receiver flashes, indicating receipt of signals. LED B (green) turns off, meaning the heating device is deactivated.
