The windshield wipers lever is located to
the right of the steering column. The
headlamps and parking lamps will turn
on if the wipers are on for more than 15
seconds. The lever can be moved to the
following positions:
(Mist): Move the lever down to this
position to turn the wipers on for a single
wipe. Hold the lever at this position for
additional wipes.
(Off): This position turns off the
windshield wipers.
(Intermittent): Move the lever up to
this position to have the wipers adjust
with your vehicle speed. Your wiper
speed will increase as you drive faster
and decrease when you slow down.
Rotate the speed-sensitive intermittent
adjustment band on the lever to increase
or decrease the delay between intermit-
tent wipes. Rotating the band higher
increases the frequency of the wipes.
(Low): Move the lever up to this
position to turn on the wipers to the low
speed setting.
(High): Move the lever up to this
position to turn on the wipers to the high
speed setting.
(Windshield Washer): Push the
button on the end of the wipers lever to
spray washer fluid on the windshield.

Cruise Control (if equipped)
The cruise
control but-
tons, located
on the steer-
ing wheel,
feature the
following
functions:
(On/Off):
Press this button to turn the cruise
control system on or off.
RES + (Resume): Press this button to
resume a set speed, or to increase the
speed if the system is set.
SET – (Set): Press this button to set a
speed, or to decrease the speed if the
system is set.
When the cruise control speed is set,
the Driver Information Center will display
the Cruise Engaged message.

Map pockets
are located
on the front
seat cush-
ions as well
as the seat-
backs of both
seats. Lift the
latch near the top of the seatback to
release the seat and fold it forward for
access to the seatback map pocket.
There also is a netted storage area
behind the driver
’
s seat.
