<Insert Clock>, set up the formats or the offset time of the clock again
and the changed clock information you setup will be displayed in the
“Message Edit Zone”.
Insert Serial Number
Caution
: Two serial numbers can be inserted at most.
The procedures of “Insert Serial Number” as below:
1. Enter<Edit Message-2>, select <Insert Serial Number>, menu
displays as below:
2. Using <Direction Key> to move the select box to the position
needed.
3. Select <OK> to finish setup, the serial number will be displayed
in the “Message Edit Zone”.
CAUTION
: The name of the serial number is automatic
generated at the system, it cannot be changed.
CAUTION
: If wrong value is entered during setting during
parameter setup, press <Cancel> to come back to the old value, and
then enter the new setting again.
CAUTION
: If the inserted serial number is required revision,
please move the cursor to the “serial number” block, and this block
will be showed in reverse video type at the “Message Edit Zone”, then
select <serial number>, reset the parameter. If the printer is in printing
status, please press ‘PRINT’ key to pause printing, the modification
will be effected after press ‘PRINT’ key again.
CAUTION
: If the current serial number requires to be reset
only, it is suggested that use ‘Reset Serial Number’ function, for
details, please refers to next page.
