Use two 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (16).

NOTE: Be sure the edges of the METAL BRACKETS are
even with the top edge of the UPRIGHT.

Fasten the BOTTOM (Q) to the UPRIGHT (O). Use two
1-1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (33).
