Regulations
As a matter of priority, the local regulations, laws and stipulations are to be
followed during the installation of machines and switch cabinets, e.g. in
Germany: Health and safety at work act, VDE accident prevention
regulations, etc..
Maintain the stipulated safety areas and escape routes:
In accordance with VDE 0100 part 729, e.g., escape routes must have a
minimum width of 500 mm, 700 mm for flaps and doors.
