3. Auto-Expansion: Once the center column is extended and secured, the stand's legs are ready to auto-expand when placed on the floor and auto-collapse when lifted. This feature works best on smooth, uncarpeted surfaces.
4. Adjust Height: Starting with the uppermost collar, extend the upright column to the desired height and tighten the handles to lock it in place.

For storage, the process is equally straightforward:

1. Remove Equipment: Remove any lights or modifiers from the stand.
2. Lift and Collapse Legs: Lift the stand off the floor by grasping the center column and raising it upright until the legs collapse.
