Holding print jobs
The machine holds a job currently printing or jobs in the print queue:
A Press [Job List].
B Select the job(s) to hold.
C Press [Suspend Printing].
Deleting jobs
You can delete a job currently printing or jobs in the print queue.
A Press [Job List].
B Select the job to be deleted.
To delete multiple print jobs, select all print jobs you want to delete.
C Press [Delete Reservation].
D Press [Yes].
Checking Job History
You can view the history contents of printed jobs.
A Press [Job List].
B Press [Job History].
A list of completed print jobs appears.
C Select the job you want to check.
D Press [Details] to check the contents of displayed jobs.
E Press [Exit].
