What to do if SBS AT10.1 shows E 02 error?
    • W
      William MendezJul 31, 2025
If your SBS Battery Charger displays error code E 02, it could be due to the battery being discharged below 6 Volts. Allow the charger to run for 24 hours to recharge the battery. If the battery voltage doesn't increase to the normal rating, seek advice from the battery manufacturer. Also, inspect the wiring at the charger's DC output terminals for shorts and check the DC breaker. If the breaker trips again after resetting, there may be an internal short circuit; inspect the internal wiring, DC filter capacitors, and polarity diode. Restart the charger after service.

Why does my SBS AT10.1 display E 03 error?
    • M

To address a High DC Voltage shutdown on the SBS Battery Charger, restart it by turning the AC breaker off and then on again. Ensure that the High DC Voltage alarm setting is higher than the Equalize voltage setting. If the issue persists, it may indicate an internal component failure. Consult the troubleshooting chart on page 52 in Section 3.4 for 'AT10.1 output voltage too high, or not controllable'.
