Wash all bowls and detachable parts in warm, soapy water before first use. Wipe water basin with damp cloth.
The instant steam function will automatically produce steam in 35 seconds. Note the small indentation on the heating element sleeve.
Place on flat surface, fill reservoir with clean water, place drip tray and bowls. Add food to bowls.
Set timer up to 60 minutes. Indicator light turns on. Signal bell sounds upon completion.
Place rice or foods with liquid in rice bowl. Cover, plug in, set timer. Buzzer signals completion.
Clean, cut, and trim vegetables. Small pieces steam faster. Frozen vegetables do not need defrosting.
Steam fresh or thawed seafood. Most cook quickly. Steam in small portions. Check shells of clams/oysters.
