* Turn the screw ring on the mince
bowl until it is properly fasted.
* Mount the mince bowl into the
main body as bended right and
turn it counter clockwise until it is
locked and xed.
* Place the tray on the upper
mouth of the mince bowl.
* Cut the meat into 10 cm long,
2 cm thick strips. Remove bones,
pieces, of gristle and sinews as
much as possible.
NEVER use frozen meat.
* Place another tray under the
mince bowl and turn it on.
ATTENTION: Make sure the
notches of the grinding disk t
onto the projections of the mince
bowl.
