* Place the tray on the
upper mouth of the
mince bowl.
* Put a small clean
intestine onto the
sausage apparatus and turn t on. * Put the minced
meat into the mince bowl and push it into the mince
bowl with meat pusher.
* The mixture enters in the intestine. When the sausage
reaches the appropriate length, tie it at any point you
want.
NOTE: In order to soften the intestine, put it in warm
water for 10 minutes before you use it. After that the
intestine will slide onto the sausage apparatus easiliy.
If the intestine gets stuck onto the sausage apparatus,
wet it with some water.
