* Remove the tray and press the
mince bowl release button and then
bend the entire unit to right direction.
* Unscrew the screw ring and remove
all parts of the mince bowl.
* Wash all parts that have come
into contact with meat in hot soapy
water. Clean them immediately after
use.
* We advise you to lubricate the grinding discs and
blade with vegetable oil. Oil them after each cleaning.
* Do not let water to enter in the main body. Wipe with a
slighthly damp cloth only.
* You can keep your apparatus inside the pusher.
CAUTION: Do not clean the parts in the dishwasher!
