Remove bolts from cranks and then remove cranks using a crank puller.
Remove nuts and bolts from pivot arms, then disconnect connecting arms.
Remove screws holding the left and right side shrouds.
Remove bolts from eccentrics/chain rings, then remove eccentric and chain.
Use a cartridge bottom bracket tool to remove the damaged bottom bracket.
Install the new YST bottom bracket and tighten to 40 ft-lb.
Follow steps 4 through 1 in reverse order to re-assemble the AirDyne.
