residual risks can still arise.

“Safety Notes” and “Intended Use” as
well as the operating instructions as a
whole are observed.

Read through the entire text
of the operating instructions
before startup.
Do not remove any protective
equipment.
Wear safety glasses while
working with the device.
Never reach into the moving
parts of the block splitter.
Wear safety shoes while wor-
king with the device.
During the work process, never
press the cutting lever in the
opposite direction.
Wear work gloves while wor-
king with the device.
Bewareofyingpieces.
Set the cutting blade such that
the cutting lever lies approx.
15° above the horizontal.
Always place the stone material
in the centre of the device.
Assembly
• Slide the extension bar (Fig.1, Pos.1)
onto the cutting lever (Fig.1, Pos.2).
• Push the retaining bolt (Fig.1, Pos.3)
through the holes in the extension bar
and cutting lever (Fig.1, Pos.1 and
Pos.2) and secure this with the spring
split pin (Fig.1, Pos.4).
