Setup Instructions

Handlever

Attach and secure the handlever to the shaft with torque of 6-10 Nm. Max force 200 N.

Setting of Working Height

Adjust ram stroke by moving tool to workpiece and fixing stroke reducer. Fine tune press depth.

Adjustment of Torsion Spring Return Force

Adjust spring force by moving hand lever forward (higher) or backward (lower). Do not overstrain.

Exchange of the Torsion Spring

Replace torsion spring by removing coverplate and specific components. Grease new spring.

Return Stroke Lock (Optional)

Adjust return stroke lock mechanism if ram stroke adjustment changes. Requires min 20mm stroke.

Emergency Release for Return Stroke Lock

Press emergency release button to disengage the return stroke in locked positions.

Cleaning of Ram

Clean ram with a slightly oiled cloth. Avoid solvent-based cleaners.
