1 - Dare tensione alla macchina
portando l'interruttore
generale nella posizione "ON".
2 - Ruotare l'interruttore a
chiave situato sulla
consolle di comando, nella
posizione "1".
3 -Ruotare il selettore
MAN./PROG./AUT.in
posizione "MAN".
ATTENZIONE !
In questa posizione per consentire
l'operazione d'inserimento tondino
vengono disattivati i microinterruttori
di sicurezza delle coperture mobili
anteriori (raddrizzatori e traino).
Fare quindi particolare attenzione
in questa fase perché rimangono
organi in movimento non protetti.
"Pericoli residui" di taglio,
schiacciamento, trascinamento e
proiezione di oggetti.
Alcune operazioni (es. inserimento
tondino) con gli sportelli e/o carter
chiusi, sono impossibili da
effettuare.
Tutti questi movimenti vengono
effettuati a bassa velocità:
- Motore inserimento filo
(OPTIONAL)
- Motore traino
- Pressione pneumatica del traino
- Motore del taglio cesoia
- Motore della piega ed
arretramento del braccio di piega
- Apertura sportello anteriore
1 - Turn on the machine by turning
the main switch to “ON”.
2 - Turn the power switch key on
the control panel to position
“1”.
3 - Turn the MAN./PROG./AUT.
selector to the “MAN” position.
WARNING!
In this position, to allow the insertion
of the wire, the safety micro-
switches of the moveable front
hatch (straightener and traction)
are disactivated. Therefore be
especially careful during this
phase because moving parts are
exposed. “ Remaining danger” of
being cut, crushed, dragged and
flying objects.
Some operations (eg. rod insertion)
are impossible with the doors and/
or guards closed.
All the following movements are
done at low speed:
- Wire insertion Motor
(OPTIONAL)
- Drive motor
- Pneumatic pressure of drive
- Shearer cutter motor
- Motor for bending and backward
movement of bending arm
- Front door opening
