ATTENZIONE !
Lavorare con un coltello dal
tagliente rovinato aumenta
notevolmente lo sforzo di taglio
che si scarica sul coltello fisso
portando quest'ultimo alla rottura
non immediata, ma ne abbrevia
sicuramente la durata, avvenendo
la rottura per fatica. Quindi questo
genere d'inconveniente non potrà
essere coperto da alcun genere di
garanzia.
Sostituire il coltello quindi almeno
ogni 900 ore di lavoro,
indipendentemente dal suo stato.
4 - SOSTITUZIONE DEL
COLTELLO FISSO
(OGNI 900 ORE DI LAVORO)
Sostituire il coltello fisso
operando nel seguente modo:
Svitare le quattro viti di
fissaggio e rimuoverlo.
Pulire le sedi di accoppiamento
ed inserire il nuovo coltello.
WARNING!
Working with a blade with a ruined
cutting edge significantly
increases the force applied to the
fixed blade. This does not cause it
to break immediately but it surely
shortens its life, and invites
breakage through fatigue.
Therefore, this type of problem
cannot be covered by any type of
guarantee.
Replace the blade at least every
900 work hours whatever its
condition.
4 - REPLACING THE FIXED
BLADE
(EVERY 900 WORK HOURS)
Replace the fixed blade as
follows:
Unscrew the four lock screws
and remove the blade.
Clean the area where the blade
is attached and mount the new
blade.
