Overview

The Schok Flip (model numbers SC3218B / SC3218T) is a flip phone designed for ease of use and durability, offering a blend of traditional flip phone functionality with some modern smartphone-like features. Its primary function is mobile communication, including making and receiving calls, sending messages, and basic internet browsing.

Function Description

The Schok Flip operates on AOSP Android™ 11 (Go edition), providing a simplified yet capable operating system. It features a main display and a secondary external display, allowing users to see essential information like time, date, and caller ID without opening the phone. The phone supports 4G LTE for reliable communication and includes a 5MP rear camera with flash, which can also be used with the secondary display as a viewfinder for selfies. For video recording, it supports VGA at 30 FPS.

The device is powered by a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery (SB2000) and charges via a USB Type-C™ port. It includes a single Nano SIM card slot and supports a Micro SD card for expandable storage up to 128 GB. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi (802.11/a/b/g/n 2.4GHz), GPS & AGPS, and Bluetooth 4.2 with BR/EDR + BLE. The phone also incorporates a G-Sensor, Barometer sensor, and Light and Proximity sensor for various functionalities.

A unique feature of the Schok Flip is its "Schok Virtual mouse," which allows users to control applications designed for touch panel devices using the navigation keys. This virtual mouse displays an arrow on the screen that can be moved with the navigation keys, and the OK key simulates a right click. This feature is particularly useful for interacting with apps that might otherwise be difficult to navigate on a non-touch screen.

Usage Features
