Secure the legs to the curved plates under the tray using screws.
Fix legs to the floor for enhanced stability.
Place the basket on the tray and line with the filter bag.
Put fruit into the bag; crush hard fruit before pressing.
Place plates and blocks on top of the fruit for even pressure.
Wash parts with hot water and store the press in a dry room.
Grease bearings and metal surfaces with edible oil after long periods of standstill.
