LIMITED WARRANTY
Allied offers a limited two(2)yearwarranty
on
the compressor
unit
and six (6) months on
accessories.
We
warrant
that
the compressor
unit
and its parts will
be free
from defects in
workmanship
and materials
for a
period of
two (2)
years
from the date
of original retail
purchase and six (6) months on tubing and accessories. This warranty does not extend to
failures resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, aiteratlon. use of unauthorized service, parts
or cleaning solutions, or failure to comply with User's IVlanuai.
Ifthe warranted
equipmentshouldfaiiduringthe
warranty period, Ailied, at our option, will
repairer
replace parts at issue, provided the claim is bona fide. It shall be the responsibility of
tlie purchaserto pack
and return the equipment in a mannerto avoid shipping damage. The
shipment must be prepaid to
us.
This warranty covers the cost of iabor incurred in the
removal
or repiacement
ofthe
warranted component parts at us only.
THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ALL iMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THE
NEBULIZER AND ITS PARTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILiTYAND
FITNESS FORA PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO
24 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF FIRST RETAIL PURCHASE. ALL EXPRESS OR

ANY OTHER PARTS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES

MERCHANTABILITY AND

an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply.

and exclusive remedy under this warranty is to repair or replace the
NEBULIZER and/or its parts
at
the option of us . IN NO EVENTSHALL ALLiED BE LIABLE
FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD
PARTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM LOST PROFITS,
LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF PROPERTY, ECONOMIC LOSSES, OR
STATUTORY OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHETHER IN NEGLIGENCE. WARRANTY,
STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific rights. You

also have other rights, which vary State to State.
