Also, verify that the charge level of the jump starter is at least 50%. It is possible that the battery power is low, or that your vehicle requires more power than the jump starter can supply. Do not attempt to jump start your vehicle more than three consecutive times. If it still doesn't start, it may require a qualified service technician.
