3.2.3.1.5 Option 5, Reset A/D Converter
This option is available here for convenience. It should not need to be
used under normal circumstances.
3.2.3.2 Option 2, Enable Auto-Range
This option is used to put the converter back on auto range after using
options 3 or 4.
3.2.3.3 Options 3, 100mV A/D Converter
Options 3 & 4 are necessary during the calibration process. Normally, the
A/D converter is free to move back and forth between the 100 mV range and
the 1.0 V range depending on the magnitude of the input signal. Choosing
option 3 will fix the A/D converter on the 100 mV range so that converter can
be calibrated at full scale without it switching to a different range.
3.2.3.4 Options 4, 1.0 V A/D Converter
Choosing option 4 will fix the A/D converter on the 1.0 V range so that
converter can be calibrated at zero and at full scale without it changing to a
different range.
3.2.3.5 Option 5, Reset A/D Converter
This option allows the user to reset the A/D converter in the event that it
becomes necessary.
