Installing / Removing Extension Cord

Insert cord end, connect to power source, and secure on retainer.

Starting/Stopping the Mower

Connect to power, press start button, pull lever to start; release lever to stop.

Mowing Tips

Clear area, cut 1/3 grass, walk steadily, avoid wet grass, clean deck.

Emptying the Grass Catcher

Stop mower, disconnect power, lift door, remove catcher, empty clippings.

Maintenance

General Maintenance

Avoid solvents, use clean cloths, keep parts tight, inspect for damage.

Lubrication

Bearings are pre-lubricated for life. No further lubrication is required.

Replacing the Cutting Blade

Stop motor, disconnect power, turn mower on side, wedge wood, loosen nut, remove blade.

Sharpening the Blade

Remove blade, sharpen edges equally with file/stone. Check balance.

Balancing the Blade

Check blade balance on screwdriver. Sharpen heavy side if needed.

Storing the Mower

Disconnect power, clean, store indoors in dry place away from children.
