Before you go to bed, put the ring on your finger. Then G02SLEEP
start to monitor your Heart Rate and Sleep status during the sleep.
SLEEP REPORT
The sleep report can be viewed via SLEEPON APP. Daily, weekly or monthly sleep reports
are available in the APP.
