CRATE UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
6) Keep the gyro bolted to the base until ready for installation. The base may be moved using a
forklift or pallet jack if needed. To separate gyro from crate base, remove the lag screws at each
corner of the frame shown circled below. A ¾” socket or wrench will be required. Attach slings
or chains to lift eyes (see arrows below) at top of enclosure. Prior to lifting, read step 4. (Note:
gyro might look different than illustrated below).
