The economical way to buy American PRO® Ball-Bearing quality tool chests. Supplied packed one inside the other. This mid-size combo has

smooth 25mm ball-bearing slides and all the features of the professional chests, except that the rollcab is not lockable and the castors are

Ø75mm. These boxes are not interchangeable with the rest of the American PRO® Ball-Bearing Range.

Assembly and Setup: The manual provides detailed instructions for assembling the unit.

Remove the bolts, nuts, and washers from the base of the rollcab (fig.1), and then lift off the body to uncover the topchest.
Remove the screws from the base (fig.2) and separate from the topchest. Discard the screws.
Place protective material onto the ground to avoid damaging the back of the topchest.
Turn the rollcab upside down and place the base into position as shown in fig.3A.
Place protective material onto the ground to avoid damaging the top of the rollcab.
Position the castors (fig.3B) into the holes in the base using two bolts, washers, and nuts.
Attach the back panel to the base using two bolts, washers, and nuts.
Ensure the base is square in the rollcab and tighten all nuts fully (fig.3C).
Place the rollcab upright and place the topchest on top as shown in fig.4.

Operation:

To lock the top chest, close all drawers, then insert one lock bar into the back slot inside the top compartment.
Close the lid and lock with the key (fig.5).

Maintenance Features

Regular maintenance is crucial for ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of the AP22 Series.

General Maintenance:

Periodically lubricate the drawer slides (fig.4).
Clean the surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild water/detergent solution.
Check all fixings and tighten if required.

Environmental Protection:

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories, and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre, and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.

Warranty:

Sealey Group guarantees 12 months from purchase date, proof of which is required for any claim.
