Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard, this product will, if used according to these

instructions, and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.

1. SAFETY

9 Inspect the cable and connector for wear and damage to ensure items are safe before connecting to the power supply. If worn or

damaged DO NOT use.

9 Ensure the torch is fully charged before initial use.

8 DO NOT charge in damp conditions.

8 DO NOT turn the torch on when it is being charged.

8 DO NOT shine directly into your, another person’s or an animal’s eyes.

8 DO NOT allow children to use the torch.

8 DO NOT handle or move the torch whilst it is being charged.

8 DO NOT use the torch if you suspect that the battery or the torch casing is damaged.

8 DO NOT leave battery in a discharged state, recharge battery immediately. Before storage, fully recharge the battery, subsequently

recharge the battery at least once every six months of non-use.

8 DO NOT attempt to open, disassemble, modify or service the battery pack.

8 DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose of in re or water.

9 Replace only with the battery pack designated for this product.

9 Recycle or dispose of used battery as stipulated by local regulation.

9 If the electrolyte in the cells gets on your skin, thoroughly wash with soap and water. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool

water and seek immediate medical attention.

2. INTRODUCTION

Unique and innovative 360° swivel and tilt function enables the light source to be positioned in any direction. Exclusive patented design

owned by and registered to Sealey. Each lamp houses 16 super bright SMD LEDs providing up to 600 lumens through the adjustable rotary

switch and a 1W SMD LED directional torch. Features a single hanging hook, a magnetic base allowing hands free operation and battery level

indicator. High quality 2.6Ah 3.7V lithium-ion battery for longer life, no memory effect and a much slower discharge than traditional Ni-MH

batteries. Supplied with a high quality braided USB lead.

IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION

The battery tted to this lamp is considered to be a consumable item and its ability to accept a charge will reduce over time.

We will provide warranty against mechanical and electrical defect for a period of one year - this does not cover fair wear and tear.

If the battery is not properly charged before rst use, or regularly conditioned, its capacity will diminish.

Under these circumstances we will not replace the battery regardless of whether the battery less than one year old.

4. OPERATION

4.1. CHARGING (g.2)

4.1.1. Remove USB socket cover from the side of the lamp.

4.1.2. Connect the USB lead to the port on the side of the lamp and a USB power socket. Turn on the power supply.

4.1.3. The battery charge level LED on the side of the lamp will ash green and show the level of charge.

4.1.4. When the battery has fully charged all the LED’s will turn GREEN.

4.1.5. Switch off power supply, remove charging lead and replace socket cover.

The Sealey LED3604 Series is a rechargeable 360° slim inspection lamp with 1W LED and a lithium-ion battery, designed for versatile illumination in various work environments.

Function Description:

This inspection lamp features a unique and innovative 360° swivel and tilt function, allowing the light source to be positioned in any direction to suit the user's needs. It incorporates 16 super bright SMD LEDs for the main lamp, providing up to 600 lumens, and a 1W SMD LED for a directional torch, offering 120 lumens. The main lamp's brightness is adjustable via a rotary switch. The device is equipped with a magnetic base for hands-free operation on ferrous surfaces and a single hanging hook for additional positioning options. A battery level indicator keeps the user informed of the remaining charge.

Usage Features:

Charging: To charge the lamp, remove the USB socket cover on the side, connect the supplied USB lead to the lamp and a USB power socket, then turn on the power supply. The battery charge level LED will flash green, indicating the charge level. Once fully charged, all LEDs will turn green. After charging, switch off the power supply, remove the charging lead, and replace the socket cover.
Positioning: The lamp has a magnetic base for attachment to ferrous materials and a hook for hanging. The 360° swivel and tilt function is activated by pulling the base from the main body, allowing the lamp to be positioned in any direction.
Main Lamp Operation: To turn on the main lamp, rotate the red switch on the back of the lamp clockwise. Further rotation will increase the brightness. Rotate anti-clockwise to switch off.
Torch Operation: To turn on the directional torch, press the red button on the back of the unit. Pressing it again will turn the torch off.
Safety Precautions:
- Always inspect the cable and connector for wear and damage before connecting to a power supply. Do not use if damaged.
- Ensure the torch is fully charged before initial use.
- Do not charge in damp conditions.
- Do not turn the torch on while it is being charged.
- Never shine the light directly into eyes (human or animal).
- Keep children away from the torch.
- Do not handle or move the torch while it is being charged.
- Discontinue use if the battery or casing is damaged.
- Do not leave the battery in a discharged state; recharge immediately. For storage, fully recharge the battery and recharge at least once every six months.
- Do not attempt to open, disassemble, modify, or service the battery pack.
- Do not crush, puncture, short external contacts, or dispose of the battery in fire or water.
- Replace the battery only with the pack designated for this product.
- Recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.
- If electrolyte comes into contact with skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If it gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool water and seek immediate medical attention.

Maintenance Features:

Battery Care: The lithium-ion battery is designed for longer life with no memory effect and a slower discharge rate compared to traditional Ni-MH batteries. However, the battery is considered a consumable item, and its ability to accept a charge will naturally reduce over time. To maximize battery life, ensure it is properly charged before first use and regularly conditioned. Failure to do so may diminish its capacity.
Environmental Protection: Unwanted materials, including the product itself, accessories, and packaging, should be recycled responsibly. At the end of its working life, the product must be disposed of in compliance with EU WEEE Regulations. The battery pack cannot be disassembled and should be disposed of in an environmentally protective way, adhering to Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009.
Warranty: The product comes with a 12-month warranty against mechanical and electrical defects from the purchase date, requiring proof of purchase for any claim. This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, particularly concerning the battery if its capacity diminishes due to improper charging or lack of conditioning.
