Why is white smoke coming out of my Secura TXG-DS15 Fryer?

  White smoke appearing from your Secura Fryer can occur when frying greasy foods, leading to oil leakage into the pan, producing smoke, and potentially causing the pan to heat up more than usual. This won't affect the appliance or the cooking results. Also, it may happen if the pan wasn't properly cleaned after previous use and contains grease residues. Ensure you clean the pan properly after each use.
