The two high sides ensure a secure grip for right- and left-handed users, while the

anti-slip mat on the underside ensures a safe stand.

Operation

Using the SEECODE X2 knife sharpener is very easy. Insert the blade directly be-

hind the handle at the heel of the knife from above into the V-shaped cut-out, hold

it straight and pull it out towards you with light pressure. Repeat this process until

the desired sharpness is achieved.

For serrated knives, hold the knife at a 35

degree angle to the side of the grinder. Hold the

blade vertically, it must not be twisted. Then pull

the knife towards you with little pressure, do not

sharpen it again.

Knife to the left:

For serrations on the left side of the blade

Knife to the right:

for serrations on the right side of the blade.
