The professional tip
1 At the beginning of sharpening, hold the knife with the tip tilted downwards
(approx. 15 to 45 degrees) to achieve a coarser sharpening.
2 Then pull the knife through the knife grinder with the knife tip tilted upwards
(approx. 15 to 45 degrees) a few times for ne sharpening and to polish the blade.
Cleaning
Use a brush or dry cloth to clean the tungsten carbide arms and remove metal
shavings. Do not use chemicals or cleaning additives.
The housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Do not put the X2 knife sharpener in the dishwasher or immerse it in water.

or use beyond this is considered improper use.
Please operate the knife sharpener only in accordance with the instructions for

Guarantee/warranty
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. This includes a
