Fan
•
Symbol lights up as soon as the device is switched on and operated. Fan is activated.
•
When the unit is switched off or a cooking process is paused, the fan runs further and the
symbol lights up for additional 15 seconds until the appliance has cooled down. After approx.
15 seconds, the ventilation switches off and the symbol goes out.
Heating
• S
ymbol lights up as soon as the device is switched on and the desired temperature is
reached. During cooking, the heating element regulates the temperature. It may happen that
the temperature falls slightly below the desired ° during the cooking process. In this case, the
symbol lights up again until the heating element has reached the desired temperature.
• When the device is switched off or a cooking process is paused, the symbol goes out.
Temperature / Time “+“ und “-“
•
Cooking temperature can be set from 80°C to 200°C (in 5° steps).
•
Cooking time can be set from 01 to 60 minutes (in 1 minute steps).
Temperature / Time Switch
•
Press 1 x to set the cooking temperature with “+“ and “-“ keys.
•
Press 2 x to set the cooking time with “+“ and “-“ keys.
On / Off
•
Pressing the On / Off key turns on the appliance or pauses the cooking process.
•
To switch off the unit completely, press the On / Off key for a longer time (approx. 3 seconds).
The display “OFF“ appears in the digital control panel. The fan runs further and the symbol
lights up for additional 15 seconds until the device has cooled down. After approx. 15 sec-
onds, the fan switches off and the symbol goes out. The unit switches to stand-by mode and
“---“ appears in the digital display.
