Note that the expected service life of components is estimated based on ordinary use and proper maintenance of KickScooter.
Extensive and/or aggressive use of this KickScooter, failure to follow the instructions in this user manual, a user’s riding habits,
road condition, environment (e.g., temperature, humid or sunlight) will reduce reasonably expected service life of parts and/or

suggested above. In-warranty service only covers defects in materials and workmanship for the KickScooter and its
components. In-warranty service does not cover damage to the KickScooter and its components caused by normal wear and
tear, abuse, neglect, misuse (including faulty repair, replacement or maintenance by anyone other than Segway authorized
service provider listed on https://store.segway.com/warranty-information), unauthorized modification, extreme environment
(including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of
electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes.
