The Stem Assembly

Remove the four anti-theft screws fixed to dismantle the stem.

U-shaped Holder Installation

Position the U-shaped holder on the stem and reassemble the stem.

Route the 5-pin cable, align the board part, and secure it with 4 screws (M5*12).

Function Description

The IoT device allows full control of the scooter, including locking/unlocking, powering on/off, enabling/disabling the throttle, and switching between different riding modes. It monitors the scooter's status by communicating with the server, sending alarms, firmware version information, and battery temperatures. Additionally, it provides prompt voice features and boasts a superior waterproof design. The device supports remote firmware upgrades for both the scooter and the IoT device itself.

Usage Features

The PJ22IOT offers a wide range of features for managing shared scooters:

  • Remote Control: Lock/unlock, power on/off via 4G and BLE4.0.
  • Location Tracking: Two modes: Single/Continuous.
  • Accelerometer Sensitivity: Adjustable.
  • Communication Interval: User-defined between server and IoT device.
  • Headlight Control: Manual or programmable switch.
  • Riding Modes: Enable/disable and switch manually or programmatically.
  • Throttle & Cruise Control: Enable/disable.

  • Keep the IMEI code label and Serial Number code label intact on the IoT device.
  • The fixer component may vary depending on the scooter model.
  • Environmental factors, terrain, and surroundings can affect the quality of GPS and cellular communication signals.
  • The IoT device is a highly customized product. SIM cards are pre-installed, and the server's IP address is written to the firmware. Confirm customization details with the manufacturer before purchase.

Installation Process

  1. Dismantle the Stem: Remove the four anti-theft screws fixing the scooter's stem.
  2. Attach U-shaped Holder: Place the U-shaped holder on the stem and position it as shown in the diagram, then reassemble the stem.
  3. Mount Board Part:
    • Pull the 5-pin cable of the scooter through the hole on the board part.
    • Align the board part with the two screws on the stem.
    • Use four M5*12 screws to attach the board part to the U-shaped holder.
  4. Connect IoT Device:
    • Connect the scooter's 5-pin cable to the IoT device.
    • Mount the IoT device to the board part using four M4*12 screws.
    • Insert the four rubber stoppers into the holes on the IoT device.
