3. Tie the purse string to the metal ring at the mark with
a round turn and three half hitches.
4. For multicoloured string sets, find a purse string with
a red mark. For single coloured string sets, use
another string with a black mark. Starting from the
opposite side of the valve as the first string, install this
string through the next set of grommets.
5. Tie the string to the ring on the inside of the previous
string.
6. Find a purse string with a black mark. Starting from
the opposite side of the valve as the previous string,
install this string through the next set of grommets.
7. Tie the string to the ring on the inside of the previous
string.
8. Repeat the process with the remaining strings
alternating from one side of the valve to the other.
For multi-coloured string sets, the second to last string
should have a red mark and the last string should have
a green mark.
