Temporarily remove this socket head bolt using a 8mm
Allen Wrench
Installation:
Open clamp and place around roll
cage tube. Make sure the rubber
shim is in place in the thick half of
the clamp.

Close clamp around roll cage
tube, put the bolt through the
hole, and place large rubber
washer over the end of the bolt.
Using the 8mm wrench,
screw the bolt into the
mirror but do not tighten
yet.

Initial Adjustment:
Rotate mirror on clamp so that it is
level. When you are satisfied with
the location and angle, tighten
bolt.
Slide mirror up or down Roll Cage
tube to desired location.

The Mirror Housing has 3 detent positions.
Position 1 is for the drivers side, position 2
is passenger side, and position 3 is
completely folded. Once the detent position
is selected you can fine tune the viewing
angle by moving the mirror glass within the
housing.
For 1.75” Clamp Only!
Place the self adhesive thin
rubber shim in this location.

Summary

Mirror Installation Steps

Remove Socket Head Bolt

Remove the socket head bolt using an 8mm Allen Wrench for installation.

Prepare Clamp Assembly

Open the clamp and place it around the roll cage tube with the rubber shim.

Secure Clamp Assembly

Close the clamp, insert the bolt with a rubber washer, and tighten loosely.

Mount Mirror Housing

Screw the bolt into the mirror housing using an 8mm wrench, but do not tighten yet.

Mirror Adjustment and Operation

Adjust Mirror Position on Cage

Slide the mirror up or down the Roll Cage tube to the desired location.

Level Mirror and Finalize Tightening

Rotate mirror to level, then tighten bolts to secure location and angle.

Utilize Mirror Detent Positions

Select one of three detent positions for driver, passenger, or folded views.

Mirror Housing Maintenance

Tighten Folding Feature

Gently pry off the SZ cap and tighten the nut to adjust the mirror housing folding feature.

Replace Detent Insert

Remove housing, spring, and washer to gently pry off and replace worn detent inserts.

Adjust Mirror Glass Tension

Tighten or loosen the 8mm nut to adjust mirror glass ball joint tension.
