Power On / Off
Power On: Hold down the Center Button and the Plus (+) Button at the same time until the blue LED
appears. You’ll hear a voice prompt say “Hello”. The red LED will flash a certain number of times to
indicate the battery level.
4 flashes = High, 70% ~ 100%
3 flashes = Medium, 30% ~ 70%
2 flashes = Low, 0% ~ 30%
When you power on the headset, keep holding down the Center Button and the Plus (+) Button for
about 3 seconds until you hear high tone triple beeps. You will hear a voice prompt indicating that the
battery level is High, Medium, or Low.
Power Off: Hold down the Center Button and the Plus (+) Button at the same time until the red LED
appears. You’ll hear a voice prompt say “Goodbye”.
Pairing to Devices (Phone, standalone GPS, etc.)
The Tufftalk Lite needs to be placed into one of the various pairing modes for it to be paired to a device
like a smartphone.
Enter the Configuration by holding down the Center Button for 10 seconds until you hear the
voice prompt say “Configuration menu”.
Tap the Plus (+) Button once to cycle to the first pairing mode. You will hear the voice prompt
say “Phone pairing”.
Tap the Center Button once to select Mobile Phone Pairing mode. You will hear the voice
prompt say “Phone pairing” and the LEDs will start flashing red and blue rapidly.
With a smartphone paired to the Tufftalk Lite, you can use the headset to make and receive phone calls,
listen and control music playback and configure settings through Sena Smartphone App.
