Microwave Cooking Principles:
- Arrange food carefully, placing thicker pieces at the edge.
- Always use appropriate dishes on the glass tray; do not cook directly on the tray.
- Set short cooking times initially and add more if needed to avoid overcooking or ignition.
- Cover food to prevent splattering and ensure even heating.
- Turn over large food items like chicken or roasts during cooking.
- Rearrange similar food items (e.g., meatballs) from back to front and center to edge for even cooking.
Kitchenware Guide:
- Suitable: Heat-resistant glass, heat-resistant ceramics, microwave-safe plastic dishes, kitchen paper.
- Unsuitable: Metal pans/dishes, dishes with metal handles/trimming, plastic bag clips, melamine surfaces, common thermometers.
- Avoid heating liquids or food in closed dishes as they may explode.
- Be cautious with microwave-heated drinks due to delayed boiling.
- Do not deep-fry in the microwave.
- Do not heat eggs in shells or whole hard-boiled eggs.
- Pierce thick-skinned foods (potatoes, squash, apples, chestnuts) before cooking.
- Stir/shake contents of baby bottles/food jars and check temperature before serving.
- Use protective gloves as kitchenware can become hot.
Maintenance Features:
- Always unplug the oven before cleaning.
- Wash the glass tray with detergent and rinse before first use.
- Keep the oven interior clean; wipe with a wet cloth or a weak solution of neutral cleaning agent for heavy dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Clean the exterior with a damp cloth, ensuring water does not enter ventilation openings.
- Regularly clean the oven door, window, seals, and adjacent parts from dirt and food remnants using a weak solution of neutral kitchen cleaning agent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, gas, or thinners.
- Prevent the control panel from getting wet; clean with a soft damp cloth. Keep the door open when cleaning the control panel to prevent accidental activation.
- Clean the glass tray in warm soapy water or a dishwasher.
- Regularly clean the rotating circle and the bottom of the interior to prevent increased noise.
- To remove odors, place a glass of water with lemon rind in the oven and microwave for 5 minutes, then wipe the interior dry.
- Contact the dealer if interior lighting needs replacement.
- Regular cleaning and food remnant removal are crucial to prevent surface damage and potential hazards.
Installation:
- Remove all packing materials.
- Inspect for damage (bent door, damaged seals, loose hinges, dents). Do not operate if damaged; contact a service agent.
- Place on a flat, stable surface capable of holding its weight and the heaviest food.
- Avoid placing near heat, moisture, high humidity, or combustible materials.
- Ensure sufficient airflow: 20 cm above, 10 cm at back, 5 cm on sides. Do not cover or block vents. Do not remove the oven's feet.
- Do not operate without the glass tray, roller ring, and power device installed.
- Ensure the supply cord is not damaged, trapped, or in contact with hot/sharp surfaces.
- Ensure the power socket is easily accessible for quick disconnection.
- Do not use outdoors.
Radio Interference:
If the oven causes radio or TV interference:
- Clean the oven door and sealing surfaces.
- Redirect the radio or TV antenna.
- Move the microwave oven further from the receiver.
- Plug the microwave into a different, independent electrical circuit.
Grounding Instructions:
The oven must be grounded using its grounding wire and plug, connected to a correctly installed and grounded electrical power point. Incorrect grounding can lead to electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician or service agent for grounding questions. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages due to incorrect electrical connection.
