      If the GSM signal is constantly at 0/7 and the GSM LED flashes rapidly on your Seneca Security System, it might be due to SIM card issues. Try cleaning or replacing the SIM card. Also, if the SIM PIN is enabled, disable it using a mobile phone, or enable it and enter the PIN code in the setup software.
