  If your Senix Chippers/Shredders motor doesn't start, first, check the power cord, extension cord, power plug, and the power outlet to ensure everything is properly plugged in and undamaged. Next, make sure the safety key is inserted into the power switch. Also, the motor might be overloaded; wait for it to cool down, then press the reset button and reduce the material load before restarting. Finally, ensure the hopper is closed and the hopper lock knob is tightened.

  If material can't be fed into your Senix Chippers/Shredders, turn off and unplug the machine. Then, open the hopper and remove any blocked or jammed materials from the feed inlet. If that doesn't solve it, the cutting blades may be blocked. Open the hopper and blade cover to remove any material blocking the blades. After clearing any blockages, remember to close the blade cover and hopper.
