What to do if Senlan Inverter shows overcurrent during acceleration operation?
- DDonald BakerAug 10, 2025
If your Senlan Inverter shows an overcurrent during acceleration, it could be due to several reasons. The acceleration time might be too short; in this case, extend the acceleration time. The V/F curve might be improper, so adjust the V/F curve or the torque boost setting. Also, inspect the input power, as the power grid voltage might be low. If the inverter's power is too small, consider using an inverter with a larger power class. Finally, if you're using vector control, perform parameter self-tuning.
