The Sennheiser

features
a Limited
Warranty
of
24
months.
The
warranty
period begins on
the
date
of
purchase
of
the
brand
new
Sennheiser
product
by
the
first
end user.
Warranty
Coverage
Pursuant
to
this
Limited
Warranty,
Sennheiser will,
at
its option,
(1)
repair
the
product
using new or refurbished parts
or
(ii)
replace
the
product
with
a new
or
refurbished
product.
In
the
event
of
a defect, these are
your
exclusive remedies.
For
the
purposes
of
this
Limited
Warranty,
"refurbished"
means a
product
or
part
that
has been returned
to
its original specifications.
Any
defective parts removed
from
a
product
during
the
course
of
a
warranty
claim shall become
the
property
of
Sennheiser
electronic GmbH
&
Co.
KG.
This Limited
Warranty
covers all defects in materials and
workmanship
effecting
per-
formance
of
this
product. The
warranty
does
not
include
any
defects in accessories or
batteries
including rechargeable or disposable
batteries
which
typically
have a
shorter
service life,
the
length

which depends on
the
frequency
of
use. This
Warranty
does
not
cover installation, operation

modification

not

dance
with

manual

unless Sennheiser has given its
prior
written
consent
to

nature
and
extent
of
the

If
you
cannot
furnish
proof
of
purchase, which will
be
verified
by

service partner, you
will
be
obliged
to
pay
for
any

the
risk and cost
