How to fix SENSECAP Security Sensors that can’t join LoRa network?

  If your SENSECAP Security Sensors are unable to join the LoRa network, verify that the gateway frequency configuration matches the uplink and downlink frequency of the Sensor Node. You can also check the real-time log and reset the sensor to see if there are any sensor data packets. If packets are present, determine whether the gateway is sending downlink packets.
