What to do if my Sensio Cookers Sous Vide Cooker turns off and shows E1?
- BBradley MeyerJul 27, 2025
If your Sensio Sous Vide Cooker turns off and displays 'E1', it could be due to several reasons: * The water pot might not be filled adequately. Ensure you unplug the cooker, add water above the MINIMUM level, plug it into a 120V AC 3-prong outlet, and restart by holding the START/STOP button for 5 seconds. * The water level may have dropped below the MINIMUM mark. Follow the same steps as above to replenish the water. * The cooker might not be on a flat surface. Try repositioning it on a clean, flat surface. * There might be an electronics error, in this case contact Consumer Service.
