IMPORTANT REMINDER

Do not compromise on safety. Always perform a daily inspection of the exposure device, the remote

controls and fixture kit components prior to use.

Defective equipment that is discovered during the daily inspection must be removed from service until

repaired or replaced. All equipment removed from service must be identified with a status indicator

(tag, label or tape) to prevent inadvertent use by other radiography personnel.
