Unscrew the bottom
half of the pre-assembled
shock absorbers.
Fill the shock body
with the supplied
shock absorber oil.
BLEEDING
Let the oil settle and allow
the air to escape

Allow some
‘rebound’ on
the shockshaft.
A rebound of
more than 6mm
is normal

Front spring: orange
Rear spring: yellow
With the shock
body lled with
oil, slowly screw
the bottom half
of the
pre-assembled
shock back
onto
the shock body
make sure you
are able to push
the shock-piston
all the way in.
If you are not
able to do,
re-open the
shock and
let some oil
bleed out
IMPORTANT!
Do not cross
thread!
