Troubleshooting Table of the Engine
Failures Causes
Abnormal engine operation
Strange sound coming from
the engine
1. Cylinder piston or excessive wear
2. Thick or thin end of the rod for excessive wear
3. Maladjusted ignition
4. There is an excess of carbon in the combustion chamber
5. The spark plug overheats
Motor does not work stably
1. The carburetor is dirty
2. The oil line is clogged
3. Air leaks in the crankcase
4. Leaks between the carburetor and the engine
5. The rich fuel mixture is inappropriate
Engine overheats
1. Rear sprocket does not work properly
2. The vehicle has been operated under heavy load conditions for a prolonged period
3. The richness of the fuel mixture is inappropriate
4. Lack of engine oil or oil of the gearbox, or using a non-standard oil
5. The transmission belt is very carved
6. The brake is not released.
