Why is my Servis-Rhino CY72 Brush Cutter not cutting clean?

  If your Servis-Rhino Brush Cutter isn't cutting cleanly, several factors could be the cause. The blades might be dull, requiring sharpening or replacement. Ensure you're using the correct blade for the carrier and that the carrier RPM isn't too low—increase PTO speed if necessary. Check if the mower is leveled, adjusting it to be slightly lower in the front (1/2" to 1") in heavy weeds. If tires are mashing down grass, use an offset adapter to shift the mower to the left. Reducing ground speed can also help. Make sure blades are not locked back; free them if they are. Also, inspect the blade bolts for wear and replace them if the blades are riding up. Lastly, check if the blades are bent upwards, and replace them if needed.

Why does my Servis-Rhino CY72 vibrate?

  If your Servis-Rhino Brush Cutter is vibrating, the following issues could be the cause: * A blade may be locked back, so try loosening it. * The drivelines may not be phased, so consider replacing the driveline. * A blade might be broken, in which case you should replace the blades in sets. * The blade carrier could be bent, requiring repair or replacement. * The blade hub may not be properly seated on the shaft; remove the hub, check the key and shaft, and reseat properly or replace if necessary. * A new blade might be matched with a worn blade, so replace blades in sets. * The output shaft could be bent, requiring replacement.

Why are the blade bolts breaking on my Servis-Rhino CY72?

  Blade bolts on your Servis-Rhino Brush Cutter may break due to operating with loose blade bolts, so tighten blade bolts to 300 ft./lbs. (Right Hand Threads). Also, worn blade bolts can cause breakage, so replace the bolt.
