If the power bank can not charge to other devices,
please follow step by step.
1. Make sure the power bank is turn on, the
display will remain the percentage of battery.
2. Check the display percentage, when is lower
than 20%, please recharge the power bank.
3. Verify that your device can be used on the
power bank,
a)All output ports of the product have maximum
output power. Please check whether the
product specifications are compatible with the
device.
b) some rechargeable battery devices such as
laptops and tablets. It consumes more power
to charge the product. Please turn off the
phone in this case.
